Swiss AI (Infomaniak)
Adds the AI "infomaniak" to the task form: the same agent as Claude, running on a model in Infomaniak's Swiss data centre and paid with your own Infomaniak key. Atlas checks the key with Infomaniak before saving it.
No Infomaniak key yet.
The model is Kimi K2.6 by Moonshot AI (China), hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Your data stays in Switzerland; the model is not Swiss. Apertus, the Swiss model, cannot be used by Atlas yet.
Setup
What the whole company shares: where the work is stored, GitHub and a starter set of skills. Each person connects their own AI subscription under “AI subscription”.
Status unknown until opened.
Problems reported by the company
Problems with Atlas that people here reported. Open means the team has it; done means it has been dealt with.
You have not reported anything yet. Just tell Atlas in the chat when something is wrong.
About you
A short conversation about who you are, what you work on and how you like to work. Atlas remembers it and uses it in everything it does afterwards.
Status unknown until loaded.

While Atlas works
How much of Atlas's working-out you see while a task is running.
Notifications
Atlas lets you know on this device when a task finishes, fails or has a question for you, even when Atlas is closed. Each device is turned on separately.
Checking this device…
Company hourly rate
What an hour of work is worth in your company. Atlas uses it only to estimate the value of the time it saved. It never appears on an invoice.
Voice calls
A call hangs up by itself when it reaches either limit. The OpenAI key is normally shared by the whole company, so these limits apply to everyone. The cost is an estimate from OpenAI's list prices.
Company time zone
Routines run on this time unless a routine names its own time zone.
Company language
The sign-in page shows this language, and people who have not chosen their own see Atlas in it.
Contact for help
Shown under “Help” to everyone here. Leave it empty and Help names the admin.
Your accounts
Connect your Microsoft 365 or Outlook account so Atlas can work with your mail, calendar and OneDrive files. You can connect more than one, for example a private and a work mailbox.
No account connected yet.
Your admin has not set up Microsoft 365 for Atlas yet.
Disconnecting removes the account from Atlas. To withdraw the permission at Microsoft as well, use myaccount.microsoft.com.
Set up Microsoft 365 (for administrators)
One-time, by whoever administers this Atlas. Register an app in Microsoft Entra ID with these settings: any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts, the redirect URI below under “Mobile and desktop applications”, delegated Graph permissions Mail.ReadWrite, Mail.Send, Calendars.ReadWrite, User.Read and offline_access, “Allow public client flows” on, and no client secret. Then paste the Application (client) ID here.
LinkedIn
Connect a LinkedIn account so Atlas can publish posts to its feed. Atlas can only write there: LinkedIn does not let an app like this read your feed, your comments or your post statistics.
No LinkedIn account connected yet.
Your admin has not set up LinkedIn for Atlas yet.
A LinkedIn connection lasts about 60 days and does not renew itself, so each account below shows how long it has left. Reconnect here before it runs out, or a scheduled post due after that date will not go out.
Disconnecting removes the account from Atlas. To withdraw the permission at LinkedIn as well, use Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services.
Set up LinkedIn (for administrators)
One-time, by whoever administers this Atlas. At linkedin.com/developers, create an app under one of your LinkedIn Pages; a super admin of that Page has to verify it. Then add the “Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect” and “Share on LinkedIn” products, put the redirect URI below into the app’s Auth tab, and paste its Client ID and Client Secret here.
Google Drive
Connect a Google account so Atlas can work with its Drive: My Drive, shared drives and what others shared. You can connect more than one, for example a private and a company account.
No Google account connected yet.
Your admin has not set up Google Drive for Atlas yet.
Disconnecting removes the account from Atlas. To withdraw the permission at Google as well, use myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Set up Google Drive (for administrators)
One-time, by whoever administers this Atlas. In Google Cloud, enable the Drive API, configure the OAuth consent screen and create an OAuth client of type “Web application” with the redirect URI below. Choose Internal for a Google Workspace organisation: an External app in Testing status loses every grant after seven days. Then paste its Client ID and Client secret here.
ownCloud
Connect an ownCloud or Infinite Scale server, your own or a managed one, so Atlas can work with those files. Several servers can be connected at once.
No server connected yet.
Disconnecting removes the server from Atlas. To invalidate the app token itself, delete it in ownCloud.
Websites
Connect a website so Atlas can browse its files, change them and publish. Several sites can be connected at once.
No website connected yet.
Disconnecting removes the site from Atlas. To invalidate the password itself, change it in the site’s remote editing settings.
On-prem proxy
Let Atlas work with files on a computer or server in your own network. A small program on that computer connects out to Atlas, so there is no open port and no VPN.
No computer paired yet.
Add a computer
Download the program for the computer that holds the files.
On that computer, unzip it and double-click atlas-onprem. It connects to Atlas by itself and opens a page in the browser.
On that page, choose the folders Atlas may use and switch on automatic start. No commands needed.
This Atlas build does not include the proxy downloads.
The download is personal: it connects to your account, works once and expires after 24 hours. Windows may warn that the app comes from an unknown publisher. If it does, choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
Server or NAS without a screen (command line)
Create a pairing code and run the command shown in the unzipped folder. Then share folders with atlas-onprem root add NAME FOLDER (add --writable to allow changes) and keep it running with atlas-onprem service install --machine.
Pairing code:
Windows (PowerShell, in the unzipped folder):
macOS / Linux (terminal, in the unzipped folder):
The computer's owner decides which folders Atlas may see and whether it may change them. Atlas cannot widen that. Every access is written to the proxy's audit log on that computer.
bexio
Connect your bexio company so Atlas can work with contacts, quotes, invoices, time tracking and the books. Several companies can be connected at once.
No company connected yet.
Disconnecting removes the token from Atlas. To revoke it at bexio, delete it on developer.bexio.com/pat.
Skribble
Connect a Skribble API user so Atlas can send PDFs for electronic signature, check who has signed and fetch the signed document. Several API users can be connected at once.
No API user connected yet.
Disconnecting removes the key from Atlas. To revoke it at Skribble, delete the API key in the business profile.
Jira
Connect a Jira Cloud site so Atlas can search, read and work on its issues and service-desk tickets. Several sites can be connected at once.
No site connected yet.
Disconnecting removes the site from Atlas. To invalidate the API token itself, delete it at id.atlassian.com.
Passwords for your other systems
Sign-in details Atlas needs to reach your other systems, such as an ERP login or a mail password. They are stored on your Atlas and never shown again.
Nothing saved yet.
Once saved, a value can never be shown again, here or anywhere else. To change one, simply enter it again.
People
Everyone with access to this Atlas. Each person's tasks, knowledge, connected mailboxes and credentials are their own. An admin sees who has an account, not what they are working on.
Sign-in is not set up on this Atlas yet, so it is still reached with an access token. Setting it up creates your own account as the admin. After that you can invite people, and each person's work stays their own. The access token keeps working either way.
Only you so far.
Removing someone is a step somebody has to take: Atlas manages its own accounts, so nothing outside it will end their access. Suspending takes effect immediately, including any session they already have open.
Company mail
A mail server Atlas can send through, for reports, summaries and anything you ask it to email. It sends as the company, from the address below. To reply inside somebody's own Outlook thread, use their Microsoft 365 connection instead.
